Blood Wars is an art-science system in which two people have to pit their blood in front of the other which is standing against each other in a “tournament”. The aim of this tournament is to see which of them has the strongest immune system. The doctors used to take blood drop in a Petri dish but that Petri dish is now the Colosseum.
This idea has been given by an artist “Kathy High”, and is a component of latest experimental exposition between research laboratory Symbiotic A and Dublin’s science gallery called Visceral. Its purpose is to seem at the biological response of human’s white blood cells, and also questions qualities inherited via blood.
